SFO is a somewhat destructive mod to keep in a Load Order, because things either line up with it via submods, or they don't, and a lot don't. I aim to get all the tribes on side as vassals whilst Archaon breaks the Empire open. Festus (my Nurgle champion) has an army of Forsaken, marauders, Spawn, trolls and manticores and is subjugation the northern tribes in the west, whilst Prince Sigvald has a free cost marauder heavy army and is assisting Festus from the east. It feels right.Īt present I've mostly knocked out Kislev, allied with Moulder to occupy the land and Archaon is battling the Empire armies moving north. The same stands for the player and the conventional strategy of scrapping the marauder building and going straight for Chaos Warriors does not work as you are capped at 3 WoC units at that first tier (and as Archaon you start with them anyway), so the player ends up with a mixed stack to start with but in time, a player stack becomes elite versus more numerous mixed stacks of enemy. ![]() This is balanced by the Unit Caps mod which links unit numbers to buildings meaning more.stacks of mixed unit variety. ![]() No Confederation limits the AI expansion but does mean you face more enemies as WoC and you can face more armies.
